combined with advocacy will lead us to a cure. We must educate:
Ourselves about the science, politics, and financing of a cure, so that we can speak and write from an informed viewpoint;
The Public about why a cure is possible and must become a priority;
Our Scientists about our desperation and desire to restore our health, mobility, independence and freedom;
Our Legislators about the physical, social, and economic losses wrought by paralysis, that can be overcome with their help;
Our Investors about the promise of science, and the value of supporting research.
